26/2
Our 26/2 class is a series of Hatha Yoga consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises broken up with a standing and floor series. The room is heated at 105 degrees with 50% humidity. This class is offered at either 60 or 90 minutes.
Zumba
Our ZUMBA class is a medium intensity, dance cardio workout that includes Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Belly dances and more! No dance experience is required.
ZUMBA STEP incorporates dance along with traditional step aerobics.
Yin
Our YIN yoga class is practical and functional while still maintaining the principles of ancient Chinese medicine. Test your edge and resolve to remain still for a significant time. Challenge yourself mentally with this unique experience.
Total Body Sculpting
Our TOTAL BODY SCULPTING is a weight training class designed for all strength and fitness levels. Build muscle, lose weight, improve balance, posture and increase metabolism.
Stretch & Roll
Our STRETCH & Roll class consists of rolling and applying light pressure to the calves, quads along with the inner and outer thighs.

Flow Yoga
FUNCTIONAL FLOW is a heated 60 minute hatha and vinyasa based class that pairs flexibility and mobility.
SOFT FLOW emphasizes the transition between stillness and movement along with traditional salutations.
HOT FLOW is a heated vinyasa based class that uses breathing and repetition in order to increase stability and sync.
Hot Yoga With Weights
A hot high intensity strength building fusion class that includes a fun mix of yoga postures and Pilates with weights.
Hot HIIT Pilates
Hot HIIT combines the principles of Pilates with High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT). This class focuses on core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
