Enjoy a full day of zen with a sound healing bath at Endless Mountain Hot Yoga followed by a full spa session at Head To Toe Salon in Tunkhannock!
SOUND HEALING BATH
Sound and vibrational therapy is a progressive relaxation and meditation method designed to help bring mental focus, calm the nervous system, and clear the mind with special tones and frequencies. Yoga Teacher and certified Sound Therapist, Kailin Bouse, will serenade you into profound relaxation with a diverse array of special instruments designed for relieving stress.
PAMPERING SPA SESSION
After the sound bath, we will all head down to Head To Toe Salon for your pampering session with one of their expert stylists. Enjoy either a manicure or pedicure with hot stones, a soothing facial with exfoliation, shampoo and blowout, and yummy refreshments!
