Join Kailin for this eye-opening yoga workshop to discover what makes up your divine nature!
Ayurveda (an ancient Indian science) teaches us that the 5 elements—Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether, exist within all things in our universe. Explore the elements through yoga postures and meditation. Embody the qualities of each element by feeling them manifest through you.
Everyone's Dosha (personal mix of elements) is a unique recipe to them. During this workshop, you'll discover yours by taking the Dosha quiz!
Find out what elements are most prominent in you, as well as the ones that tend to fall out of balance. Examine how these balances and imbalances show up in your life and learn how to use the elements in alignment with each other to bring yourself back into energetic harmony!
By understanding how the 5 elements exist in you and your world, you'll learn how to meet your own personalized needs through different foods, activities, seasons, times of day, and more. This life-changing workshop will give you the knowledge you need to live a more informed, empowered, and nature-aligned life!

Kailin is a certified 500-Hour Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and Sound Therapist from Scranton, PA. Kailin's teaching style is intuitive and informed She works diligently to ensure all students feel included, comfortable, and inspired to grow.
Kailin shares her in-depth expertise in yoga philosophy, sound healing, and energy work to help you find balance in your life. Her classes are designed intentionally to help you find relief from chronic stress by learning techniques to calm the nervous system.
Kailin's gentle nature and light-hearted personality create a safe and supportive environment for diving deep into your own self-development by unraveling past traumas, releasing old thought patterns, healing the body through breath and movement, and rewriting your personal story to one of empowerment and peace.
Ryan is a certified 200-Hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher from Honesdale, PA. Ryan's admiration for nature, adventure, and holistic healing is the driving force behind his teachings. As a graphic designer, videographer, and professional creative, Ryan's focus in life is to appreciate and nurture the beauty and potential in all things. This includes people, places, experiences, and even the challenges we face.
